Transcend Rebrand

A brand webolution

 

Transcend Hospice Marketing Group has been leading their industry for the past 18 years. Even so, it was time to change gears and broaden the brand and its offerings. The new Transcend Strategy Group (TSG) helps strategically build home health brands internally and externally, to help them improve everyday.

 

Being an internal project, we tackled the new Transcend rebrand and website in parallel fashion. Leveraging some historical elements from the old, we evolved Transcend into a strategically creative brand. Driven by the research and data, we tailor those findings and emotionally build out home health and hospice brands. The brand hallmark of the offset squares reiterates the continuous improvement that we can result from our work.

 

For phase one of the launch, the site was to be the TSG storefront for our thinking and work. Casestudies and process show why we do, what we do and who we have done it for. And more importantly the measurable and impactful end results in a dynamic and responsive way.
